How do you provide your services?
I offer both in person and virtual services depending on your needs and budget.
What will we talk about in our 15-minute introductory call?
I will ask you a number of questions to understand how I can help you. I will then suggest some services you may wish to consider and we can go from there.
How do you charge for your services?
I charge on an hourly consulting rate for individual coaching, mediation and facilitation. For Workplace Fairness Assessments and Workplace Restoration, I will work with you to develop a scope of work based on the WFI’s 5 stage process and the size and nature of your workplace.
Who can benefit from Mediation?
Anyone who is experiencing interpersonal or workplace conflicts and is motivated to co-create future-focused solutions. Note, I will proceed where I am confident I can ensure safety in the process.
Who can benefit from Workplace Fairness Assessments?
Any workplace which proactively seeks to embed a fairer culture to increase productivity, attract talent, reduce turnover, increase reputation and minimize the costs associated with unresolved and silent conflict.
Who can benefit from Workplace Restoration?
Any workplace which has suffered considerable unresolved conflict leading to toxic behaviours, grievances, complaints, absenteeism and low morale etc.
